IT Customer Strategy and Success

Shyam is an IT analyst in IT Customer Strategy and Success. He joined Cisco in August 2012 when he finished his Bachelor’s degree at Reading University in Applied IT.  He is currently working on helping to drive IT presence at Cisco events as well as ensuring effective and consistent communications. Outside of the events area, Shyam is part of the global IT University Program team working on process improvement as well as the alignment of EMEAR activities with the other regions. So far, Shyam cannot fault his time and absolutely loves the work he’s doing and the team he’s in. He is looking forward to a long and successful stint here in Cisco. In his spare time he enjoys keeping active by going to the gym and playing football, eating (preferably something with meat in it) and hanging out with friends and family.
